Switzerland Tourism Named Official Travel Destination of Laver Cup 2024 | Laver Cup

Swiss national marketing organization Switzerland Tourism has been named Official Travel Destination of Laver Cup 2024, which will be held at Uber Arena in Berlin from September 20-22, 2024.

Laver Cup and Switzerland Tourism will collaborate to highlight a new campaign that spotlights the unique atmosphere of Switzerland’s most colorful season; autumn. Featuring Roger Federer, the campaign will showcase the many facets of Swiss autumn; an unforgettable blend of cultural richness and tradition set against breathtaking alpine and forest landscapes.

Switzerland Tourism will be giving fans the opportunity to win a relaxing Autumn-2025 holiday for two people. Valued at CHF 5,000, the prize includes first class outbound panoramic train travel with stop-overs in Lugano, Lucerne and St. Moritz, and economy class return airline travel. The sweepstake will run from September 10 to October 10, 2024 at switzerland.com/watch-and-win, with entry open to European residents and the winner selected randomly from those who answer the competition questions correctly.

“Our partnership with Laver Cup for Berlin 2024 stands for our shared commitment to excellence ” said Martin Nydegger, Switzerland Tourism CEO. “Germany is the largest foreign market for Switzerland, and the Laver Cup provides us with an exceptional platform to spotlight autumn, Switzerland’s most colorful and sensual season.”

In addition to the chance to win a relaxing autumn holiday in Switzerland, fans visiting the Laver Cup practice court can explore Switzerland Tourism ambassador Roger Federer’s favorite autumn destinations in Switzerland or relax in the Fan Zone while soaking up the atmosphere from a red deckchair.

“Switzerland Tourism shares Laver Cup’s commitment to delivering unforgettable experiences,” said Laver Cup CEO Steve Zacks. “We look forward to working with Switzerland Tourism to showcase this beautiful season, and Switzerland’s spectacular hiking and biking trails and wine festivals. Their activations at the Laver Cup Fan Zone, and the fan walk to the practice court, will add to the experience of our fans in Berlin.”

The Laver Cup is played over three days, using an exciting team format, on a dramatic black court. The competition pits six of the best players from Europe against six of their counterparts from the rest of the World with tennis legends and great rivals Bjorn Borg and John McEnroe captaining Team Europe and Team World respectively for the last time this year.
