The seventh Hong Kong-Switzerland Financial Dialogue took place in Hong Kong on December 4, 2024, aiming to bolster bilateral cooperation in financial services. Chaired by Mr. Darryl Chan, Deputy Chief Executive of the HKMA, and Ambassador Christoph König, Deputy State Secretary and Head of Planning and Strategy at SIF, the dialogue gathered representatives from the Swiss National Bank, the Swiss Embassy in China, the Consulate General of Switzerland in Hong Kong, and the HKMA. The participants exchanged views on regional and domestic economic outlooks, policy challenges, and explored areas for potential collaboration.
