The Oetker Collection has appointed Jean-Marie
Le Gall as General Manager of The Woodward in Geneva, Switzerland.
Jean-Marie joins The Woodward, an all-suite hotel,
from the Hôtel Barrière Le Fouquet ins Paris, France, where as
General Manager he
delivered positive results and took on the
responsibility of Acting General Manager for the opening of the
brand’s New York outpost in Q1 2023.

A French national, who is also fluent in English and
Spanish and proficient in Arabic, Jean-Marie spent over 7 years in
Barcelona working as GM of El Palace Hotel and as Hotel Manager of
Majestic Hotel Group.
With a solid background in sales and marketing,
Jean-Marie worked as DOSM at a number of hotels in Paris,
including Hotel Plaza Athénée, Le Royal Monceau – Raffles and
InterContinental Paris le Grand.
In addition, Jean-Marie spent a number of
years in senior sales positions with Starwood, Hilton, Accor and
Concorde Hotels & Resorts.
